The diamonds seem of better quality than advertised. I examined each one with a jewelers loupe and only found one very small inclusion in one diamond. All of them are very bright and very clear. None were loose. The settings are tight. I had no reason to test the sellers customer service as this bracelet was perfect as it was received. My wife loves it! She thinks I spent more one it than I actually did (a side bonus).
